Welcome to Little Magic Playland! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your visits to our studio, and any bookings, purchases, or participation in our services.

1. About Us

Little Magic Playland is a Montessori and Waldorf-inspired indoor play studio designed for young children and their families to enjoy imaginative, open-ended play. Our offerings include open play sessions, private play, classes, birthday parties, and seasonal events.

2. Booking & Cancellations

All play sessions, classes, and party rentals must be reserved in advance through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We do not offer refunds, but credits or rescheduling may be issued at our discretion if notice is provided at least 24 hours before your reservation.
No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

3. Waivers

A signed waiver is required for all children entering our space. Waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Entry to our facility signifies your agreement to assume all risks associated with play and release Little Magic Playland LLC from liability for injury or illness.

4. Studio Rules

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment:

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Shoes must be removed upon entering; socks are required for both children and adults.
No outside food or drinks allowed, except breastmilk, formula, or for medical needs.
Rough play, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for not following our policies.

5. Health & Cleanliness

We follow strict cleaning protocols and ask that guests stay home if sick. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone showing signs of illness for the safety of all.

6. Photography & Promotion

We occasionally photograph our space for social media and marketing. By visiting, you agree that you and your child may appear in these photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including our logo, images, descriptions, and class/program names—is the intellectual property of Little Magic Playland and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

By visiting Little Magic Playland, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of play and agree that Little Land of Play LLC DBA Magic Playland and its staff are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
